Refund & Revision Policy

We provide defined revision rounds per scope. Requests outside scope are handled as change orders.

Project deposits may be refundable before work begins. Once custom work has materially started, refunds are prorated based on completed work unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.

Third-party costs, setup fees, and approved completed deliverables are generally non-refundable.
