These terms govern access to and use of services provided by DataCraft Works LLC. Service scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, and acceptance criteria are defined in project documents such as an MSA, SOW, and Work Orders.

By engaging our services, you agree to payment terms, revision/change-order processes, confidentiality obligations, and limitations of liability as described in contract documents.

Governing law and venue: Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement.
